This Blog is all about the people from our five day service centres - Dane Walk, Firdale and The Old Fire Station in Northwich; Meadowbank Lodge in Winsford, and Frodsham Community Day Services. Its about what we get up to, the things we like, and what we've achieved. These services are for adults with learning difficulties and are run by Cheshire West and Chester council. I got these medals in Reading at the weekend. I got gold in the relay, silver for the 200m breast stroke, silver for the 100m breast stroke, bronze in the relay and and bronze in the 50m breast stroke too! By Emma Calvert
