An energetic day!

Today we did aqua fit in the pool this morning to exercise and listen to some good music, followed by a few lenghts of the pool. Jamie showed off his tumble turns too! We also had a good afternoon playing table tennis - the boys beat the girls in the doubles - but only by 11-8 - watch this space!
