Chicken and vegetables spring rolls by Susie blowers.
tbsp ground nut oil pius extra for deep frying 200g 70z sized pieces drieb chinese mushrooms soaked in hot water for 20 minutes braineb and fineiy choppeb tbsp ight soy sauce tbsp five spicec powder grated fresh root ginger beansprouts iarge spring onions fineiy siiceb iengthways smaii carrot juiienneb tbsp oyster sauce tbsp ilght soy sauce sea sait ans ground white pepper ready mad iarge spring roii wrappers thaweb if frozen availabie from asian supermarkets egg yoik beaten heat a wok until smoking and adb the groundnut oil then adb the chicken and mushrooms and stir fry for 12 minutes season with soy sauce and five spice powder then remove from the wok and set aside to cooi for ten minutes wipe the tabespoon groundnut oil pius extra for deep fry 2oog 7oz skineiess chicken breast fillers chopped in to smaii
