i did   the cakes and   we  went to moss farm  for cakes  and I helped mum with a cup  of  tea. We did chatter box 5. I am helping  mum  today and going to have a  verey  good  time  -  we are going to  manchester  dancing  we will do carol   singing and  diseo.  i like the come dancing  and helping  my   mum   we will cook mark some cakes  mum is a  nice mum we   will  party  on     we did the  boxs   verey  goodd  thank you   dinner     thats  good .

Saxon by Johnathan Oswell

My favourite band is Saxon. They are an English heavy metal group formed in South Yorkshire in 1976. They have had 8 UK Top 40 albums, including 4 UK Top Ten albums. My favourite member of the band is the lead singer, Biff Byford who was in Blue Condition before forming Saxon. Their best song is 747, which featured on their greatest hits album in 1990. My favourite album is Unleash the Beast which was released in 1997. They are playing in Manchester on the 23rd of April next year.

Jean's Birthday

Last Wednesday was my birthday! I got some leggings, a newhandbag and a make-up bag from my sister. Hazel and I went to Riverside for a meal. I had chicken and a glass of white wine. Then we had some birthday cake for pudding.

Myweekend

Last weekend, I went to a fete at Hartford College. I bought some gifts for my family. I had a lot of goes on the tombola and some chocolates and shampoo.I also went to Northwich and did some shopping. In Iceland, I bought some sausage rolls and other things for the freezer.

Hazel is going to Manchester tonight out for tea then on to the frog and bucket. At the weekend she went shopping in tesco.

Jean and Hazels Birthday Blog.

Today is my Birthday! I will be celebrating tonight with a  meal at the Riverside. I am really looking forward to it!  There willl be 12 iof us for the party! There is me, Jean and my sister Hazel, Carol and ken, Ruth and John, Roy and margaret, Keith and Julie, and Paula and pam.

We are looking forward to reading the menu and deciding what to eat fir our tea.

Firdale friends have sang Happy Birthday to me and presented ne with a cake. I made a wish when I blew out the candle.

I have had a  love song CD and and a clothing voucher so I can choose what I would like to
spend it on.

Today we have had a helath discussion with a community nurse. We talked about health checks and healthy foods. It was useful and I enjoyed it.

I am planning to listen to my new love songs album this evening to see what all the songs are like.

Hazel is looking forward to being with her nine sisters and three brothers tonight.

Hazels has had a great afternoon in the centre and really enjoyed the laughter she shared with friends.

Oncce we get home we are going to get dressed up for our night out.

Today we talked to Community Nurse Karen Brogan about healthy eating.
  I like tomato soup to warm me up in the winter.  I also like my Sunday Dinner. This usually has carrots, cauliflour, mashed potato, yorkshire puddings and gravy. My favourite sandwiches are egg sandwiches.

I have had a yearly medical check at the doctors. In one appointment I had my blood preasure taken, I was weighed and I talked to the doctor about the foods I eat and weather i was worried about my health in any way.  I was not worried about the check up and the doctor was nice to me and helped me to feel calm and not worried.

I am also happy to go to the dentist. I have ny teeth checked and cleaned. I like having my teeth cleaned at the dentist. I do not like the dentist when teeth are being taken out because it hurts but I still felt the dentist was looking after me there.

I also have some excercise. I like going for walks to Delamere Forest with my parents. We wrap  up warm and wear trainers so we don,t sliip over.

Even though I eat healthy foods I do enjoy eating sweets. But I know I should not eat too many as they are not good for my teeth.

I have done a lot this week, on monday i went to danewalk and watched a film called carry on cleo.The film was release in december 1964 the Carry on cleo is about ancient history but also a funny film. When i get home from day service i sit in my room and play music which makes me relax before my tea.
